Before you call us, please fill out an order form or make a list of catalog numbers, descriptions, quantities, and prices of the items you wish to order. Have your credit card handy.

Returns

All of our merchandise is satisfaction guaranteed. If you are not happy with your order, within 30 days of Invoice date, Call for a return authorization before returning anything to us, pack it in its original container, undamaged, and send it back via UPS or Parcel Post, insured, for a full refund of the purchase price. This will prevent delay in responding to your return.

Shipping

Most items are in stock, ready to be shipped to you within 2 or three days. If possible we find cheaper shipping options to save you money on shipping costs when possible.

Contact us for a quote on this freight charge. We can add the trucking charge to your order or freight collect.

If you would like to have your order shipped by UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air, call us for a quote.

Shipping cost for order shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and out of the continental United States are higher on some items.

Backorders

If we are out of some of the items that you order, part of your order may be shipped at a later date. We will notify you if we expect a long delay. You may cancel the backorder if you do not want to wait. If we must backorder items, we don't charge extra freight cost when we complete your order.

Freight Damage

If your merchandise arrives damaged, notify the carrier immediately and file a claim. All claims for damage must be made at the receiving end. The carrier will notify us and return the damaged merchandise to us.

Prices

We keep our prices as low as possible and still offer good service and a good wage for our employees. Sometimes the price of an item will increase for reasons beyond our control. If the price of something you ordered has gone up, we will call or email you instructions.
