If you have not received your order please call us immediately for the status or your tracking number, invoice (if you didn’t get one) and shipping company’s name. Please have your sales order, invoice handy or we can find your order by your first name as well. If it hasn’t shipped there is probably a good reason for it, no shipping address, no phone number to call you, you never came too pick it up, etc., but I’m sure we can resolve it to your complete satisfaction. We have managed to do so far, I believe.
If you need anything else, more items, technical support, some additional customer service or just to talk about your system call me, John Kimball, the owner, now. I am here to solve problems. Do not hesitate to call me direct on my cell phone at any time. If you can’t get thru to your sales rep. call me, I can always get thru and I will make sure they speak with you immediately as I can conference them in all the time. If at all possible, I will be sure they call you back, within the next 15 min. My job is to make it happen.
You have all been incredibly patient but remember we just got it all in, 31,000 of the panels, on Dec. 23rd. Wait till you hear how we did it. The stories are amazing, I think. (Coming soon in the next blogs).

looking for order information for invoice #18974. I have not had much luck getting information on this order, but i am remaining patient and feel i am one of the remaining orders to go out, hopefully. I have called and left multiple messages, and actually spoke with owner at one point but unfortunately there was no follow up. keeping my fingers crossed.

I bought 12.9 kW of the Evergreen panels for a project at a local health clinic and need to have a copy of the warranty which was promised on the website. When I contact Sunelec by phone or email there is no response. When I called John Kimball he hung up and did not call back.
We need a copy of the warranty or we cannot receive $19,000 in incentives for our project. Not sure how to proceed since Sunelec will not respond.
I just send a fax asking about our order invoice: 17362. No delivery, no words, could not reach the phone numbers listed…

I called the main number, they asked me to contact the warehouse, but warehouse said, not call the main office, I called back, they said call the same warehouse. So basically the run around, have no idea what is going on.
Mr. Kimbal (president) had written in an earlier online email msg to me, that if you do not get the schedule, please call him. That was a month ago. When I ask to connect to him, they he is not avialble, I asked to leave a msg, they gave me the impression they were simply going thru the motions… I have not heard back from him, or anybody else. Even the fax is not answered… I am interested how many others are in this class… Action needed?

You are not alone, Chacko. The reason you don’t see more criticism on this blog is that they remove it. My last comment about poor service was removed. I’m surprised yours is still listed.
